Click, Create, Celebrate

Friends of Caledon Public Library are pleased to sponsor library contests to celebrate aspiring authors, poets and photographers in our community. Click*Create*Celebrate is a complilation of all the library's contests. They include: Adult Short Story, Elizabeth Scavetta Memorial Teen Short Story, Children Short Story, Adult Poetry, Young Adult Poetry, Photography (all ages) and Young Reels.  

 

Teen Summer Reading

Join Caledon Public's Teen Summer Reading program for the chance to win cool prizes!  If you love to read & are between the ages of 13 - 17, come into any branch starting June 15th and get your Teen Summer Reading log.  Record the books you read and get a prize after 10 titles read!

 

Reading Buddies

Do you enjoy working with children? If so, then we have a volunteer position for you! Come be a reading buddy at Caledon Public Library, and help a child develop important reading skills while sharing a good book. For more information please contact Leo Scardicchio @ 905-857-1400 ext. 239. 

 

OLA Forest of Reading

We collect books that highlight great Canadian writers. For more information about the Forest of Reading program please consult the library catalogue for nominated titles from this year and past years.

 

School and Community Outreach
