Caledon Public Library

Book Clubs

CPL welcomes suggestions for book club titles throughout the year from library staff, publishers, neighbouring libraries, book club members and the local community. This year, we are going to change things up a bit and have a Battle of the Book Clubs to determine which titles are in the 2018 book club reading schedule.

ROUND TWO (voting round) Now Open

FINAL BATTLE - August 1st - August 31st

Adult Book Clubs

Caledon Public Library Book Clubs offer book lovers the opportunity to meet and discuss books and authors with others. Book clubs provide the perfect venue to share perspectives and understanding on a variety of subjects.  With 11 adult book clubs (among those 4 are senior book clubs) and 3 youth book clubs meeting monthly at different branches and locations, there is sure to be a club that meets your needs.

Each set will contain between 10 to 12 trade paperback copies, audio set and 2 to 3 large print (pending availability) and discussion guides to get the conversation started.  Special thanks to Friends of Caledon Public Library, the fundraising arm of the library, for providing the financial support for the purchase of the book club sets.

Membership is free and everyone is welcome.
